New residents are attracted to Langley for a variety of reasons. There is a wide range of housing options, from small farms and country estates to garden apartments and condominiums. The Township of Langley offers all the services of a large city while maintaining the liveability of a small community - proximity to schools, post-secondary institutions and hospitals; access to growing employment opportunities; a regional business and commercial centre; and efficient municipal services.

Every year the guys in the Gibbons/ Gunn clans and many friends meet up to go fishing for a few days. Our favourite place is Oyama Lake Resort, and it's pretty easy to see why. This was all shot on the Phantom 3 drone, which I picked up 2 weeks ago. It's an amazing piece of technology! The music was written yesterday, and uses a bunch of new sounds from the latest Omnisphere instrument. I also dusted off the old banjo, as it just seemed to fit perfectly! I spent the day yesterday filming Isadore on his BC reservation. It was an incredible experience. He speaks a little about the suffering he and other First Nations children went through at the Residential Schools that were set up for over 100 years to try to "Canadianize" the First Nations people. His story is so important to learn about, and I'm so thankful I got to spend a day with him.
