Yes, I took part in Movember. It was a tough month for my wife, but we got through it together. Movember is more than just a chance to grow a mo' for me, it's a time for guys to talk about and think about something we don't ever really discuss. So make sure you get yourself checked if you're in your 30s or older. It's great peace of mind to know that you're okay for the mo'-ment! (sorry)
